Standard Delivery (Free) Our free standard delivery option is available on all orders. Please allow 3–7 working days from dispatch for your order to arrive.
3–5 Working Day Courier Delivery (£3.99) For a faster, tracked service, choose our courier delivery option at checkout. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days and delivered within 3–5 working days thereafter.
Local Delivery – B31/B45 Area (£1.50) We offer local delivery to customers in the B31 and B45 postcode areas for just £1.50. We'll be in touch to arrange a suitable delivery time once your order is placed.
Free Collection Prefer to collect your order? Select 'Free Collection' at checkout and we'll let you know when your order is ready. Collection details will be confirmed via email.
Order Processing Orders are processed on working days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed after [INSERT CUT-OFF TIME, e.g. 2pm] will be processed the following working day.
Tracking Tracked orders will receive a tracking number via email once dispatched. Standard delivery orders may not include tracking.
